Shipping

All Brook Lane Leather goods are crafted in a small independently owned and operated workshop. Leather, hardware and other raw materials are hand selected by a single artisan who sees a project through from start to finish. To allow for a careful attention to quality, items are made to order meaning no two items are exactly the same - the true beauty of all things handmade. This also means next day turnarounds and the like are beyond our reach. We do our best to keep fulfillments reasonable and will clearly communicate with you directly when delays may be expected.

General Return Information

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. Products are eligible for return except products that are: final sale, closeout, and/or personalizedTo begin a return, refund or exchange, contact us at brooklaneleather.com. If applicable, a return label will be provided via email. Items sent back without initial approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or the return is initiated after 30 days have passed, it will not be eligible for a refund. In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of original purchase is available
After your item is received, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged provided the replacement product is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed. In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of original purchase is available
Customers will be required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced. After your item is received, it will be inspected and an exchange will be processed. A product may be echanged one time, provided that all conditions in the exchange policy are met.
