Hi there!

I'm Devynn, proud Texan and hands behind Brook Lane Leather - a project very near and dear to my heart.

Like so many others during the recent pandemic, I found myself with idle time, eager to dive into a new hobby. Ever the creative, I began playing with leather, making simple wallets, keychains and bags. The more things I made, the more the workshop filled with finished leather goods and the more I ventured into more complex projects. What was just an activity to pass the time quickly became a passion and a thing of pride.

Brook Lane Leather grew out of a desire to share my love for quality leather goods crafted with care. Many of the goods are one-of-a-kind products of creative exploration – trying out different hides, hardware, threads and designs. Some goods are staples in the workshop having become favorites among friends and family. No matter their backstory, each item is treated with the same care and attention to detail, durability and craftsmanship. As I continue to grow in the craft, techniques will change, raw materials will evolve and quality will improve.
